MEMBERSHIP / SESSION PACK DETAILS

 

Memberships

  • Are calculated pro rata from the activation date.

  • Are charged monthly via direct debit during the week prior to the start of the new month.

  • Have a minimum commitment period of 3 months.

  • Are automatically converted into an ongoing monthly cancellable membership after the initial 3- or 12-month term.

  • Can be cancelled after automatic renewal with a notice period of one full calendar month.

  • Monthly memberships require a notice period of one full calendar month. Cancellation must be submitted before the start of the final month.

  • Year memberships require a notice period of one full calendar month and can only be cancelled at the end of the contract term.

  • Monthly memberships can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.

  • Year memberships can only be upgraded.

  • Membership pauses are only possible in case of injury or pregnancy.

  • Unused credits from year memberships remain valid for an additional 4 weeks.

  • Can be used for all regular classes, Open Rack, and Open Gym.

 

Session Packs

  • Must be paid in advance.

  • Have an expiration date.

  • Are only valid for regular classes and not for Open Gym.
