OUR STORY
HOW IT ALL STARTED...

EST. 2024
Georgios, founder of Wildhearts, with his daughters Lenni and Jae.
In 2014, Georgios started with a simple idea and a big heart. On January 6th of that year, he opened the doors of Sixforty Training Center, a small gym in a local sports hall in Delfshaven.
The name referred to the 640 muscles every human body has: a symbol of the strength and potential that lives within all of us.
Soon, Sixforty became more than just a place to train.
In 2015, it evolved into CrossFit Wildhearts, a name that better reflected the energy and character of the people who trained there.
The original logo, an orange heart, symbolized the true meaning of a Wildheart:
Wildheart [Wild-hart]
A person who has been through a battle.
Someone who has faced hard times, yet whose heart remains loving and strong.
The heart became the symbol of the gym.
A reminder that strength is not only physical, but also mental. That you don’t need to win to become stronger. As long as you keep moving, you keep growing.
The early years were tough.
Making the gym profitable, building a team, working without days off, it was far from easy.
But step by step, the community grew. And with that growth came the energy that still defines Wildhearts today: people training together, pushing each other, and striving to become better, both physically and mentally.
What started with one coach and a dream became a thriving community.
The Club Games, summer BBQs, community workouts, and countless moments inside and outside the gym have shaped Wildhearts into what it is today, a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of age, level, or background.
Over the years, the vision has evolved as well.
Originally coming from a martial arts background, Georgios found in CrossFit the perfect blend of strength, conditioning, and challenge he was missing.
But after years of specialization, he discovered that true vitality comes from versatility, not just CrossFit, but also Hyrox, boxing, strength & conditioning, HIIT, mobility, and balance.
In 2025, Wildhearts took its next big step and became Wildhearts Training Club, a place that goes beyond a single sport or training style. A club where training, coaching, and community come together, and where results go hand in hand with joy, growth, and connection.
At Wildhearts, we believe everything starts with three pillars: mindset, nutrition, and training.
When these are in balance, you build a strong foundation, not just for performance in the gym, but for life itself.
Today, Wildhearts has become a second home for many.
A place where results matter, but where the feeling matters most: the feeling of belonging, of growing, and of getting a little closer every day to the fittest version of yourself.
