HOUSERULES & FACILITY GUIDELINES

HOUSE RULES & FACILITY GUIDELINES

Last updated: 12 August 2026

These House Rules & Facility Guidelines apply to everyone using Wildhearts Training Club. They are intended to keep the gym safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone.

These rules supplement our General Terms and Conditions. By using our premises and facilities, you agree to follow these rules and the instructions of our coaches and staff.

  • Treat other members, coaches and staff with respect.

  • Discrimination, harassment, aggressive behaviour or any other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Be considerate of others training at the same time and give each other sufficient space.

  • Follow instructions from coaches and staff, particularly those relating to safety or the use of equipment.

Training Safely

  • Train within your own abilities and use equipment only for its intended purpose.

  • Do you have an injury, physical limitation or other condition that may be relevant to your training? Let your coach know before the session starts.

  • Use weights and equipment in a safe and controlled manner.

  • Training under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances that may affect your ability to train safely is not permitted.

  • Training barefoot is only permitted when appropriate and safe for the exercise being performed.

  • Glass bottles and other breakable items are not permitted in the training area.

Equipment & Training Area

  • Treat all equipment and materials with care.

  • Return all equipment to its designated place after training.

  • Do not leave weights or other equipment on the training floor.

Cleaning & Chalk

Everyone is responsible for leaving their training area clean and tidy.

  • Put away all equipment after training.

  • Wipe down equipment you have sweated on.

  • Remove visible sweat and chalk residue from equipment and the floor.

  • Use the cleaning stations provided throughout the gym.

  • Preferably spray cleaning solution onto the cloth rather than directly onto electrical equipment or metal components.

  • For the floor, cleaning solution may be sprayed directly onto the affected area when necessary and then wiped clean.

  • Use chalk in moderation and clean up any remaining chalk after training.

Classes

  • Arrive on time for your booked class.

  • Training at Wildhearts for the first time? Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before the class starts.

  • After the class, put away your equipment and clean your training area.

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to bookings, cancellations and no-shows.
