CONSULTATION
We start with a free consultation to understand your goals and current fitness level.

PERSONALIZED PLAN
Based on your goals, experience, and schedule, we create a plan tailored specifically to you.

TRAINING & COACHING
You’ll train one-on-one with your coach twice per week, complemented by one independent cardio session in the gym. We focus on technique, progress, and results.

MEASURE & ADJUST
Every 4 weeks, we assess your progress and make adjustments where needed. This keeps you on track and ensures continuous progress.

Payment is required in advance for all sessions.

Each session lasts approximately 50–60 minutes.

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
