CONSULTATION

We start with a free consultation to understand your goals and current fitness level.

PERSONALIZED PLAN

Based on your goals, experience, and schedule, we create a plan tailored specifically to you.

TRAINING & COACHING

You’ll train one-on-one with your coach twice per week, complemented by one independent cardio session in the gym. We focus on technique, progress, and results.

MEASURE & ADJUST

Every 4 weeks, we assess your progress and make adjustments where needed. This keeps you on track and ensures continuous progress.

  • All personal training sessions are scheduled in advance.

  • Sessions are scheduled within a 4-week period.

  • Payment is required in advance for all sessions.

  • Each session lasts approximately 50–60 minutes.

  • Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be forfeited.
